Renew your Mind
So lately, well today as I was scrolling through Facebook, I came across two separate posts. Excuse me, my phone holder. So I came across two separate posts of crying out, trying to reach out trying to seek guidance, you know, someone needing help. One of those posts, said I am depressed. I do not know what to do. I’m just lost, you know. And then another was similarly, in that manner, but different wording, but in the same relation, you know, so he really just brought me to thinking, mental health, but thinking of mindset, too. Because I paused for a second in wonder, because I wondered, what possibly are they thinking about? How much more negative thinking can you get into? You know, like, I’m wondering this, because there’s just no way, there’s no way that they’re thinking positive. You know, in that a negative mindset is always going to drain you is always going to drain you because you’re spending so much time worrying now, you’re spending so much time focusing on unwanted unwarranted things that are they are taking away your strength. You know, when you want to so much when you spend so much time worrying when you’re worrisome when you spend so much time stressing you literally distorting your immune system. You know, when you’re stressed, you know, your body’s releasing those chemicals that is really challenging your immune system to, you know, to do its job. So, I want to be encouraging. Okay, I want to be encouraging. Start using your words, to invite you out of that environment of depression or feeling lost and anxious. Start using our formations, okay, your words, your own words and thought process is going to help you better than anybody else’s words. So I encourage you to certain utilizing affirmations, you know, and start acknowledging you. Because when you start by acknowledging yourself, you know, you are affirming that you exist. You know, start by acknowledging love for yourself, love, love, love you love you, like I love me. I love Fidelis Wanacel Oketch, you know, love and I wish everybody else love. So start acknowledging you and, you know, start speaking good yourself and stop saying you’re depressed, you know?
Secondly, start utilizing the word. You know, the scripture to help you understand how to solve those kinds of situations of problem, because the Bible really does teach you how to solve problems, you know, and not necessarily in an actionable way, but he could be solving a problem through your thinking, you know, a renewed mindset goes a long way. For example, when you’re dealing with fears, doubts, you know, depression, those anxieties, usually associated fears. Okay. I want you to go and find 2 Timothy 1:7. Second Timothy one seven says God did not give you this timidity but the spirit of a sound mind, the spirit of power, the spirit of love, and the spirit of self control, you understand? God immersively gave you that. So it’s all in your possession. All in your possession. Okay, do not fear. Because you’re ready quipped you a quick abundance of power to navigate through life. You are that much powerful. But you must start to acknowledge that in yourself, believe in yourself, okay? Have faith in yourself. trust in yourself, trust your gut feeling even. You understand? Okay? If you go and read Romans 12:1-2. But two says do not be conformed, you know, to the life of this world, but be renewed. Okay, be transformed by the renewal of your mind. That’s what it says. So that’s the renewal you want.
Okay, be transformed by the renewing of your mind. which then means start thinking positive, start thinking positive, start digging yourself out of a depression. Okay, there is another way. And that other way is for you to just change your mindset to thinking positive. Okay? encourage yourself, believe in yourself. Okay? I’m thinking positive not necessarily mean from a religious aspect of things. He just simply means acknowledge you acknowledge that you have what it takes that you have the will to make a choice about what you’re thinking about, that you should try to strive to divert your attention from that which is depressing you to the light, light, meaning, think about something better. Think about, you know, what you want to do? Think about going outside to the sunlight. You know, think about Good, good, good, good. You know, think about positive, think about love. Think about, you know, use your formations, use your words, use your thoughts, your mind to think positive, just think positive. Okay. And that is the biggest step towards healing. Healing Your mind. And healing your mind just requires renewing it from negative thinking, to a positive thinking. And then once you start thinking positive, start practicing on personal development. You know, what are you doing to help you grow so that you’re not easily trapped back into the depressive mode?
How are you entertaining yourself in that regard? How are you feeding yourself with the right set of information, so that you have enough information to fall back on next time you feel depressed, you know how to quickly dig yourself out of there, with a mindset, you know, a renewable mindset, and that once you start thinking positive, you must continue direct in that direction. You know, that’s like eating healthy. You understand? Every minute, positive and positive and positive. The same way you start eating healthy for a long life. start feeding your mind with positivity for long life. being depressed does not serve you. Okay, love.
